We send out a bi-weekly newsletter that lets you know what is happening, grants you might be eligible for, and classes that are happening through the Chamber. You can also find a personal note from one of our directors

Is an event where businesses get together and have a great opportunity to advertise what they offer. You will meet new, and potential clients, as well as become apart of the become apart of our wonderful community!

Our annual Pumpkin Walk is a community favorite. This event provides a safe place to bring your family trick-or-treating. You can keep warm with the coffee and hot chocolate that is graciously donated by our local Tim Hortons while you wander through Riverside campground admiring all the Jack-O-Lanterns. The Jack-O-Lanterns are carved by our Elementary and High school students, as well as some community members. The pumpkins are donated by local grocery stores. As you wander through the campground you can also visit the local businesses for a treat. The event is traditionally ended with a fantastic fireworks show! Come down to Riverside Park on October 31 to join in on the spooky fun!

The Vanderhoof Parade of Lights, hosted by the Vanderhoof Chamber of Commerce, is one of the largest of its kind in BC. Businesses and clubs in Vanderhoof adorn floats and trucks with hundreds of sparkling Christmas lights. The parade runs through the main streets of Vanderhoof and is enjoyed by residents and visitors from the area. In addition, many stores remain open late hours into the night with great sales! Don’t forget to go to our local restaurants to enjoy some great Midnight Madness specials! Watch our page to find out when it is, and come out to join the fun!
