We carry a full line of Vitamins, Herbs, Hygiene Products, Sports Nutrition, Books on Nutrition, and Specialty Food Products. We also carry Organic Prepackaged Grains, Herbs, Teas, and two lines of Gluten-free Products.
Each staff member has taken courses in Digestive Care and Product Orientation. We attend seminars and health food shows to keep up to date and knowledge-able about available products on the market.
Sylvia (Manager) is a Natural Health Consultant, has completed courses in Nutrition and Fitness, and has a certificate in Phytotherapy.
Sara (Assistant Manager) has also completed her Digestive Care and has a certificate in Phytotherapy.
Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00 – 5:00pm
