Terrane Metals Corp. ("Terrane") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thompson Creek Metals Company (NYSE: TC; TSX: TCM) ("Thompson Creek"). On October 20, 2010, Thompson Creek acquired all of the issued and outstanding equity of Terrane.
Terrane Metals' key asset is the Mt. Milligan Copper-Gold Project approximately 55 km northwest Vanderhoof, BC.
Terrane Metals has been rapidly advancing the Mt. Milligan Project towards mine production since acquiring the property in July 2006.
