Retail/ Service Committee

The regular meetings of the Committee are held at the Chamber of Commerce Board Room,
generally on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 am. Please Contact the office for more information.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM is held each fall, in late September or early October. This is usually a dinner meeting, with a guest speaker and the election of the Board of Directors for the coming year. See the Staff Directory for a current list of Directors.

The 48th Vanderhoof Chamber of Commerce AGM was held on Tuesday, October 4 at the Village Inn Banquet Room.  The delicious meal was enjoyed by 42 Chamber members and guests, courtesy of Mt. Milligan.

The Keynote Speaker was Christy Smith, Superintendant of Community Relations for Mt. Milligan, Thompson Creek Metals Company.

The business meeting saw a few changes to the Board of Directors. The position of President was filled and our 1st Vice-President position remains vacant. For a list of our ten member board click on About the Chamber.

General Meetings

General Meetings of the Chamber of Commerce are held twice a year, in January and April (usually on the first Monday of the month).  These meetings are open to all Membership and the public, and are held in the Chamber Board Room at 2353 Burrard Avenue.
