Pumpkin Walk - October 31
Held annually on Halloween evening, the Great Pumpkin Walk is sure to please.
Hand-carved pumpkins, Campfires, Trick-or-Treat Candy, Hot Chocolate... and then the Fireworks display that lights up the entire Nechako River Valley. Attended by thousands of residents, the Pumpkin Walk is a safe and convenient place for families to spend Halloween night.

Many business owners and residents volunteer their evening to stoke the campfires and give out candy to the children. The Pumpkin Walk starts at 5:00pm. Vanderhoof's only fireworks display caps off the evening, firing away at 8:00pm.
This event is made possible solely by donations from the generous businesses and individuals of the Vanderhoof area, as well as the countless volunteer hours by friends of The Walk.
